As October draws to a close, we are getting super excited for Halloween over at Love Yourself. Trick or treat? If you picked treat we have something really special for you up our sleeves. Introducing the Pumpkin Chana Masala, a mouth-watering meal which is rich in Vitamin A, C and Beta-Carotene.
This will be on our menus next week on Friday 30th October across all meals so place your order today! Pescatarian dishes will be made with salmon and the vegetarian dish will be made with tofu.
All our meals have only the very best ingredients that we have sourced ourselves. Pumpkins are an excellent source of vitamin C which can boost your immunity. With the coronavirus still in the air we can all use this extra boost to stay safe. Pumpkins are also rich in carotenoids which help to neutralise free radicals and slow down your skin from ageing. In addition to these benefits, it is full of vitamin A to improve your vision. After eating this meal you’ll be able to see everyone from Frankenstein to Casper the Ghost this Halloween!
This recipe is very special because it contains positive pranic foods from traditional yogic culture. Positive pranic foods are fresh, locally grown, in season and minimally processed making them very healthy for you. These foods do not take time to digest in your system and do not rot whilst in your system. Positive pranic foods can enhance your alertness, nervous system and intellect. Putting pranic foods in your body is the same as putting the right kind of fuel in a machine which helps the machine function to its full capabilities.
We won’t be able to celebrate Halloween with a bang this year but here are some suggestions to get you in the mood for the scariest season of the year. If you are looking for something a bit light hearted and fun check out Hocus Pocus or The Addams Family. If you are looking for a movie where you will be hiding behind your blanket check out Hereditary or The Conjouring. Whatever you go with we hope you have a Happy Halloween!
