Prevent a hangover altogether by drinking plenty of water before, during and after. When drinking make sure to not skip any meals. Your body needs those nutrients to detoxify all the alcohol from your system. 

Stay Active

It feels like we have spent most of this year indoors and in our homes which is why it is especially important that we continue to stay active. Even the commute to work acted as a small form of exercise. Make a new tradition with your family or flatmates to go for a Christmas walk! Get some fresh air and get some steps in.
