Have you been thinking of starting a keto diet? It's a good way to kick your body into its fat-burning gear and take control of your weight management.

Our Keto diet is formulated with the help of a leading London nutritionist to bring you the ultimate nutritious meals with less than 20g total carbs each day (based on 1700k/cal)

The menu has been designed by our Head Gourmet Chef for optimal flavour and enjoyment. The end result is a very tasty and interesting Keto diet that ensures you are getting all the right blend and ratio of fats, carbs and protein. We even use fermented ingredients on some days to ensure good gut health.

What is it?

Keto diet is based on limiting your carbs and eating more proteins and fats, which induces a process called ketosis. During ketosis, the body becomes more efficient in burning fat instead of carbohydrates as a source of energy, resulting in weight loss and effective weight management. It also turns fat into ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain. 

By limiting your carbohydrate intake to less than 20g total each day your body uses its fat stores as a source of energy, which increases the body's metabolism and boosts weight loss with a higher concentration of fat being burnt. It is a great way to burn fat and gain lean muscle at the same time.

Love Yourself provides an easy and affordable meal prep delivery service to your home or office. We prepare the meals fresh each day and deliver to your home or place of work daily with a choice of either 1700Kcal or 3400Kcal with 4 meals served each day.

MONDAY

Breakfast - Baked coconut milk muffins with blueberries
Snack - Feta cheese and fresh pineapple salad
Lunch - Spiced pumpkin puree, cod croquettes, mustard sauce
Dinner - Fried chicken liver, fermented cucumbers, autumn greens and peppers

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast - Baked eggs, smoked ham and salad 
Snack - Almond cheesecake
Lunch - Broccoli, roasted pork shoulder, mushroom-cream sauce
Dinner - Stuffed peppers in Greek style

 

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast - Spinach and bacon omelette
Snack - Savoy cabbage&smoked ham salad
Lunch - Baked salmon, new potatoes with lemon
Dinner - Courgettes spaghetti with roasted chicken in spices

 

THURSDAY

Breakfast - Banana, avocado and coconut smoothie
Snack - Toasted almonds and mozzarella salad
Lunch - Roasted pork chop, creamy mustard sauce and green beans
Dinner - Chorizo spiced, cheddar and coconut pizza

 

FRIDAY

Breakfast - Broccoli and spinach Keto toast
Snack - Chocolate pudding
Lunch - Pork shoulder lasagne
Dinner - Curried chicken salad

 

SATURDAY

The menu for Saturday is the same as for Friday.

If you can not eat pork, please choose a different diet plan, unfortunately there are no vegetarian options or any substitutes available.

Delivery details and FAQ

Our calorie controlled diet is delivered to homes throughout greater London.

Our diet meals are delivered in the evenings between 7-10pm and we cannot give a fixed time. Our delivery drivers will call you before the first delivery.

AM deliveries are only available to commercial properties and must have at least 3 persons at a single address. Please contact hello@loveyourself.co.uk to arrange morning delivery.

Each menu day is freshly cooked and delivered daily.

First delivery is Sunday evening for Monday menu and then every evening until Thursday

Please note menu days may change due to fresh ingredient availability.

Each meal is scan-able via MyFitnessPal to give you accurate macro nutrients.
