Ingredients:
Chilli con carne (79.1%) [beef, tomatoes, mixed beans, onions, agave syrup, dark chocolate, espresso, garlic, coconut oil, tomato puree, ground cinnamon, dried thyme, paprika hot smoked (smoked paprika (90%), chilli), dried oregano, paprika, chilli flakes, cumin seeds] , brown rice (20.8%)

Storage: Store frozen.
Reheating Instructions: Microwave on full power from frozen. 700w 7½ mins / 800w 6½ mins / 900w 5½ mins. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on plate. Cook for 5 minutes, peel back film, stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
