Restaurant versions, of this world famous dish, are often laden in sugar and fat. Our sweet and sour chicken uses only natural sugars present in pineapple and fresh orange juice, and little oil. Our chef-curated recipe never disappoints!
Ingredients:

Storage: Keep frozen
Heating Instructions: Microwave on full power from frozen. 700w 8 mins / 800w 7 mins / 900w 6mins. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on plate. Cook for 5 minutes, peel back film, stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
