What is it?
This is the best Meat-less Bolognese sauce recipe, if we do say so ourselves! Once you try it you’ll agree: it hits the spot every time. Here, soya mince, carrots and chickpeas mimic the texture of ground meat while adding plenty of savoury depth.
Ingredients:
Sauce (64.7%) [tomatoes (56.3%), meatless mince (20.5%) ] [water, soya protein concentrate, soya protein isolate, rapeseed Oil, pea protein, shea oil, coconut oil, chicory root fibre, thickener: methyl cellulose, caramelised carrot concentrate, carrot fibre, rice protein, vegetable and fruit extracts (beetroot, radish, tomato), yeast extracts, flavouring, carrot concentrate, emulsifier: soya lecithin, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, salt, vitamins and minerals ] [Niacin, Zinc, Iron, vitamin B6, vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B12] , onions, carrots, garlic, basil, parsley, cooked gluten-free pasta (30.7%), cheddar cheese (2.6%) (milk), sunflower seeds

Storage: Store frozen.
Reheating Instructions: Microwave on full power from frozen. 700w 8½ mins / 800w 7½ mins / 900w 6½ mins. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on plate. Cook for 5 minutes, peel back film, stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
