All our deliveries arrive between 1900-2200, Sunday to Thursday evening. You should receive a notification when your order is out for delivery including live tracking information. Unfortunately, our online agents can't specify delivery times for each order.

Each week’s menu is available on the relevant diets page, if you scroll down on the page you will see this. The menu is always updated mid-week to show the next weeks menu. All our meals are labelled with ingredients, nutritional info and allergens.
We have dishes inspired from all around the world, our menus are updated weekly, and with over 500 dishes our guarantee is that no menu will be the same within any given month.

We are happy to exclude up to 2 ingredients for allergies and intolerances. However, if you have allergies, the service is used at your own risk. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure an excluded ingredient is not contained within your meal. The meals are made in a facility that handles nuts, eggs, soya, sesame, celery and dairy products so we cannot guarantee that traces of these ingredients will not be present in the meals.

Our diets come in different calorie options per day, with different macro ratios per menu, these are not customizable. get in touch if you would like for information on the macro information.
Our meals can be heated in the oven or microwave, our containers are safe for both. If heating in the microwave, poke a few holes in the clear film before heating. If heating in the oven ensure the clear film is completely removed, do not heat longer than 45min, not higher than 130°C
We never used processed meat. It is one of our key fundamental ideas not to give you "carcinogenic foods". It MUST be fresh locally traceable meat or we don’t do it.

Our meals are cooked fresh daily and sealed without any argon or nitrogen. We recommend eating the meals the day after delivery, but if kept in a fridge, it will keep for 2 to 3 days.
Yes, most of our meals can be frozen, however we can’t guarantee the taste will be as fresh as when delivered.
Absolutely, we cook everything ourselves. We even cook own bread.
We source our food from local British farms and green grocers. When creating the menu we try to use seasonal ingredients where possible, however we don’t want to bore you so will add some exotic elements like fresh mango or guava from time to time
All our containers are biodegradable and 90 days compostable, including the clear film. Our bags are made of paper and our bottles are made from 100% recyclable plastics.
This depends on the menu, calories and duration you choose. The price includes the delivery, you get 5 fresh meals delivered daily, which works out at less than £5 per meal.
We deliver throughout central and Greater London, generally throughout the M25 and extended areas, if your postcode doesn't show up on our delivery you can get in touch online or email Hello@loveyourself.co.uk
We are working on our extended delivery but currently do not offer courier delivery - if you'd like to receive updates to our courier delivery service sign up to our mailing list.
Our order cut-off is 11:55AM each day for next day delivery, after this we have a 2-day lead time. You can select your delivery day on the CART page or using our Flexi-Order custom day selector.

Our Keto menu offers only 4 meals a day (1 Snack).

Yes, as long as you stick to the diet, you will lose weight. An additional bonus is you will feel great as you are getting all your essential vitamins, amino acids, from natural sources not processed.
We don’t believe in spending money on expensive marketing, instead we are so confident you will like our food, that you will refer your friends and family. Currently we are doing a referral scheme, If you refer a friend, you receive a £30 gift voucher. Simple.
All our meals are scannable in MyFitnessPal app. Each meal is labelled with a barcode. All you have to do is scan it into MyFitnessPal app and it will give you a breakdown of all the nutritional data. Very easy!
For best results we recommend sticking to the diet as strict as possible during the week. We only provide food for the weekdays (and Saturdays) to give you the freedom to enjoy a few cheat meals on weekends, and to keep your cooking skills in check.
