Menu for 12th of November to 16th of November 

Monday

Breakfast - Baked eggs with beetroots, goats cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds
Morning snack - Creamed celeriac soup with toasted coconut
Lunch - Cauliflower cheese and paprika spiced chicken 
Afternoon snack - Peanut butter and banana smoothie
Dinner - Raw vegetable and quinoa salad with walnuts, raisins, orange and tarragon dressing

 

Tuesday

Breakfast - Banana peanut butter, chia seeds and rice pudding with cashew nuts and mango
Morning snack - Cottage Cheese with Spring Herbs and Radish
Lunch - Italian style beef meatballs cooked in tomatoes sauce with polenta and parmesan
Afternoon snack - Chocolate brownie
Dinner - Coronation chicken salad

 

Wednesday 

Breakfast - Butternut squash pancake with apple and banana mousse
Morning snack - Potatoes and leek soup with smoked tofu
Lunch - Marinated tofu cooked in aromatic coconut sauce
Afternoon snack - Chia and mango pudding
Dinner - Figs and goats cheese with quinoa, spinach and toasted seeds salad

 

Thursday 

Breakfast - Homemade baked beans, smoked bacon with wholemeal bread
Morning snack - Falafel vegetables cake with avocado dip
Lunch - Roasted turkey breast with mushrooms, tarragon and mixed grains risotto
Afternoon snack - Apple and banana slice
Dinner - Greek style salad with feta, olives, cherry tomatoes and sunflower seeds

Friday 

Breakfast - Spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella baked eggs with salad

Morning snack - Roasted pumpkin soup with sage and toasted seeds 
Lunch -Baked seitan with parsley and hazelnut topping 
Afternoon snack - Tropical fruit and almond smoothie 
Dinner - Pear and blue cheese salad with red chicory
