Monday

Breakfast - Baked apple and cacao oat cake with blueberry yoghurt
Morning snack - Sweetcorn muffin
Lunch - Roasted turkey breast with mushrooms, tarragon and mixed grains risotto
Afternoon snack - Lemon and poppy seed muffin
Dinner - Vegetable pancake wrap

 

Tuesday

Breakfast - Coconut yoghurt pancakes with summer fruit berries
Morning snack - Cucumber and Courgettes Gazpacho 
Lunch - Chicken tikka masala with brown rice, goji berries and cashew nuts 
Afternoon snack - Baked vanilla cheesecake
Dinner - Basil tofu, radish and grape salad with sesame and lime dressing

Wednesday 

Breakfast - Mushroom and nut pate with rocket salad
Morning snack - Chilled beetroot and dill soup
Lunch - Malaysian beef, Lentil and squash curry
Afternoon snack - Tropical fruit salad
Dinner - Crunchy raw vegetable and quinoa salad with walnuts, raisins, orange and Tarragona dressing

Thursday 

Breakfast - Oat porridge with fresh raspberries and toasted hazelnuts
Morning snack - Sweet potatoes hummus 
Lunch - Roast chicken breast with sweet potatoes gnocchi
Afternoon snack - Blueberries, chia seeds, yoghurt pudding
Dinner - Watermelon, Feta, Pumpkin Seeds with Mint Dressing

Friday

Breakfast - Ricotta and courgette pancake with toasted walnuts

Morning snack - Broccoli and blue cheese soup with toasted walnuts
Lunch - Toasted buckwheat, hispi cabbage with capers, parsley and hazelnut dressing
Afternoon snack - Dark chocolate and black beans cake with forest berries cream
Dinner - Harissa spiced, roasted cauliflower, plum tomatoes & green beans with sesame vinaigrette
