What is it?
You wouldn't think carrot and coriander would be a match, however you'd be surprised. Coriander tends to change flavour in this soup. Instead of overpowering the dish, the coriander changes to the flavour of roasted orange peel, which makes the two perfect partners.
This is our favourite version of carrot soup and we are deeming it the soup of the year!
Ingredients:
Carrot and coriander soup (95.7%) [carrots (48.5%), water, onions, yogurt (milk), coconut oil, salt, garlic, coriander (0.24%), chilli powder] , raisins (4.3%) (sulphites)
Allergens: Contains milk, sulphites
Storage: Store frozen.
Reheating Suggestion: Microwave on full power from frozen. 700w 7½ mins / 800w 6½ mins / 900w 5½ mins. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on plate. Cook for 5 minutes, peel back film, stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
