You wouldn't think carrot and coriander would be a match, however you'd be surprised. Coriander tends to change flavour in this soup. Instead of overpowering the dish, the coriander changes to the flavour of roasted orange peel, which makes the two perfect partners.
This is our favourite version of carrot soup and we are deeming it the soup of the year!
