We were just as intrigued as many others by the fact that you could incorporate beans into a cake. This fudgy cake is simply too good to be true!

After several adaptions and playing around with textures and types of chocolate, Chef Michal ended up with something that, in our world, fills the criteria for being the perfect (healthier) chocolate cake.


Black beans (40.9%), soft cheese (milk), bananas, raspberries (8.5%), agave syrup, dark chocolate (4.3%), cocoa powder, baking powder, salt
