Green Pea and Broccoli Mash with Carrots
This morning snack is a great way to boost your 'greens' intake for the day.
Peas are groovy little winners. Generally a well-loved vegetable, they are a fantastic base for mash as they provide sweetness, contain fibre, and folate. Together, peas & broccoli, provide immune boosting goodness and their flavours combine beautifully.
Ingredients:
Broccoli (52.7%), Peas (33%), Olive Oil, Carrots, Garlic, Salt

Serving suggestions: Simply dip the little carrot fingers in the mash. No need for heating or re-plating.
