This modified risotto provides a delicious outlet for reaping all the benefits of grains. 

Grains are important sources of many nutrients, including complex carbohydrates, dietary fibre, several B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and folate), and minerals (iron, magnesium, and selenium).  The dietary fibre present in grains may help reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.

We use free-range British turkey, earthy mushrooms and a hearty sauce on a base of buckwheat.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms (27.1%), Turkey (16%), Carrots, Courgettes, Onions, Buckwheat (6.8%), Greek style yogurt (Milk), Parmesan cheese (Milk), Garlic, Agave syrup, Coconut oil, Salt, Tarragon (0.11%), Black pepper

Serving suggestion:  Best heated up, in the microwave, for 1-2 mins. This meal can also be enjoyed as is. Remember to remove the film.
