Lunch - Chicken tikka masala with brown rice, goji berries and cashew nuts
Afternoon Snack - Chocolate brownie
Dinner - Harissa roasted cauliflower, toasted pine nuts & raisin salad


Tuesday

Breakfast - Homemade country style bread with scrambled eggs
Morning Snack - Sweetcorn and vegan feta muffin
Lunch - Beef bolognaise
Afternoon Snack - Mango and pineapple smoothie
Dinner - Courgetti with vegan cream cheese, fresh peas, and mint

 

Wednesday

Breakfast - Crunchy granola with a mixed berry yoghurt
Morning Snack - Rosemary butterbean hummus with carrots
Lunch - Smoked paprika & chorizo chicken breast with a Spanish-style mixed bean cassoulet
Afternoon Snack - Buckwheat and almond pancake with blueberries and cinnamon jam
Dinner - Smoked salmon and grape salad with a sesame and lime dressing

 

Thursday

Breakfast - Mushroom and nut pate with salad

Breakfast - Homemade baked beans & turkey with wholemeal bread
Morning Snack - Chilled, raw, green vegetable soup
Lunch - Italian beef meatballs in a tomato sauce with baked polenta 
Afternoon Snack - Apple and banana slice
Dinner - Green asparagus with boiled eggs, capers, vegan cheddar & borlotti beans

Delivery details and FAQ

Diet is delivered to homes throughout greater London.

Our diet meals are delivered in the evenings between 7-10pm and we cannot give a fixed time. Our delivery drivers will call you before the first delivery.

AM deliveries are only available to commercial properties and must have at least 3 persons at a single address. Please contact hello@loveyourself.co.uk to arrange morning delivery.

Each meal day is freshly cooked and delivered daily.

First delivery is Sunday evening for Monday menu and then every evening until Thursday. If you order Saturday, you will receive two boxes on Thursday.

If you are lactose intolerant or have any requests please specify in your "order notes" when placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate by offering substitute dishes from our Vegetarian menu.

Please note menu days may change due to fresh ingredient availability.

Each meal is scan-able via MyFitnessPal to give you accurate macronutrients.
