Lightly-Spiced Sweet Potato Soup

Find comfort, especially on cold days, in a bowl of our sweet potato soup. This versatile potato tastes great and packs in the nutrition, too. When compared to white potatoes, sweet potatoes offer more vitamins and antioxidants. They are a source of fibre and high in vitamin A.
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes (46.6%), water, coconut milk, onions, carrots, ginger, salt, garlic, coconut oil, coconut flakes, chilli flakes
Allergens: May contain traces of sulphites and sesame
Storage: Keep frozen.
Reheating Suggestion: Microwave on full power from frozen. 700w 7½ mins / 800w 6½ mins / 900w 5½ mins. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on plate. Cook for 5 minutes, peel back film, stir. Re-cover and continue cooking. Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
