Our Pescatarian option will tickle your taste buds using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. We use fresh fish and meat substitutes such as tofu and seitan to maintain texture, flavour and nutrition.

The menu is prepared daily using fresh ingredients and delivered within a few hours. Package includes 5 meals each day and delivered daily.

Our Head Chef, Michal Snela, who worked his career in Michelin Restaurant alongside Marcus Wareing uses his flavour and culinary expertise to work on our meals.

Breakfast - Overnight porridge with pineapple
Morning Snack - Green pea and mint soup
Lunch - South Asian cod with rice noodles and satay sauce
Afternoon Snack - Beetroot and banana mousse
Dinner - Fig and goats cheese quinoa salad


Tuesday

Breakfast - Egg spread with sourdough
Morning Snack - Leek and potato soup with smoked haddock
Lunch – Braised tofu, mushrooms and peppers
Afternoon Snack - Pineapple smoothie
Dinner - Mozzarella, tomato, and broccoli pesto salad

 


Wednesday

Breakfast - Vegetable and lentil pate with salad
Morning Snack - Carrot and coriander soup with raisins
Lunch - Grilled salmon with Mediterranean pasta
Afternoon Snack - Lemon and poppy seed muffin
Dinner - Tuna salad with sweetcorn, black beans, and a lime dressing

 

 

Thursday

Breakfast - Ricotta and courgette pancake with a smoked salmon salad
Morning Snack - Chilled beetroot and dill soup
Lunch - Tempeh with butternut squash and peppers
Afternoon Snack - Chocolate brownie

Saturday

Morning Snack - Green pea & broccoli mash
Lunch - Cauliflower cheese
Afternoon Snack - Date muffin
Dinner - Mackerel salad with a miso dressing

Delivery details and FAQ

Diet is delivered to homes throughout greater London.

Our diet meals are delivered in the evenings between 5:30 -10 pm and we cannot give a fixed time. Our delivery drivers will call you before the first delivery.

AM deliveries are only available to commercial properties and must have at least 3 persons at a single address. Please contact hello@loveyourself.co.uk to arrange a morning delivery.

Each meal day is freshly cooked and delivered daily.

First delivery is Sunday evening for Monday menu and then every evening until Thursday. If you order Saturday, you will receive two boxes on Thursday.

If you are lactose intolerant or have any requests please specify in your "order notes" when placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate by offering substitute dish from our Vegetarian menu.

Please note menu days may change due to fresh ingredient availability.

Each meal is scan-able via MyFitnessPal to give you accurate macro-nutrients.
