Ricotta and Almond Pancake
These ricotta & almond pancakes are delicious, if we do say so ourselves!
The ricotta keeps them fresh and light, and a double helping of almonds in the batter (ground almonds and almond extract) gives them a certain grown up sweetness we cannot resist.
Ingredients:
Ricotta cheese (28.8%) (Milk), Raspberries, Greek style yogurt (Milk), Eggs , Bananas, Maple syrup, Buckwheat flour, Almond flour (2.9%), Ground cinnamon, Baking soda, Almond Flavour Essence (0.72%)
