Monday

Breakfast - Courgettes and ricotta baked eggs, young spinach and cherry tomatoes
Morning snack - Parsnip and apple soup 
Lunch - Braised beef, mushroom and peppers 
Afternoon snack - Banana, spinach, cucumber and linseed smoothie
Dinner - Moroccan chickpea salad with a mint yoghurt dressing

 

Tuesday

Breakfast - Dark chocolate banana bread with vanilla yoghurt
Morning snack - Italian style soup 
Lunch - Sweet and sour chicken with rice noodles
Afternoon snack - Buckwheat and almonds pancake with apple, cinnamon and jam 
Dinner - Greek salad with quinoa

 

Wednesday 

Breakfast - Millet flake, oat porridge with prunes, toasted sunflower and quinoa
Morning snack - Ginger spiced red cabbage coleslaw 
Lunch - Spaghetti rice pasta with oregano roasted chicken breast with ricotta and broccoli sauce
Afternoon snack - Buckwheat, cacao and forest berries muffin 
Dinner - Smoked salmon Succotash Salad

 

Thursday 

Breakfast - Mushroom and bacon omelette with cheddar and parsley
Morning snack - Apple and smoked salmon muffin 
Lunch - Grilled chicken breast in spices, ratatouille vegetables bake 
Afternoon snack - Cheesecake with raspberries jam
Dinner - Pear and blue cheese salad with red chicory

 

Friday 

Breakfast - Oat porridge with raspberries and toasted hazelnuts
Morning snack - Rosemary and butterbean hummus with carrot
Lunch - Lean pieces of cod cooked in aromatic coconut sauce 
Afternoon snack - Date & banana muffin 
Dinner - Tuna and sweetcorn salad with Thai basil dressing

 

Saturday

The menu for Saturday is the same as for Friday.

Delivery details and FAQ

Diet is delivered to homes throughout greater London.

Our diet meals are delivered in the evenings between 7-10pm and we cannot give a fixed time. Our delivery drivers will call you before the first delivery.

AM deliveries are only available to commercial properties and must have at least 3 persons at a single address. Please contact hello@loveyourself.co.uk to arrange morning delivery.

Each meal day is freshly cooked and delivered daily.

First delivery is Sunday evening for Monday menu and then every evening until Thursday. If you order Saturday, you will receive two boxes on Thursday.

If you are lactose intolerant or have any requests please specify in your "order notes" when placing order and we will do our best to accommodate by offering substitute dish from our Vegetarian or Vegan menus.

Please note menu days may change due to fresh ingredient availability.

Each meal is scan-able via MyFitnessPal to give you accurate macro nutrients.
