The menu is prepared daily using fresh ingredients and delivered within a few hours.  Weekly package includes 5 meals each day and delivered daily.

Menu for 20th August to 24th of August 

Monday 

Breakfast - Green pea frittata with mango salad
Morning snack - Rosemary, butterbean hummus with oat cracker
Lunch - Indian spiced tofu cooked in aromatic sauce with butternut squash and peppers
Afternoon snack - Buckwheat, Cacao and forest berrie muffin
Dinner - Watermelon, Feta, Pumpkin Seed with Mint Dressing

 

Tuesday 

Breakfast - Chocolate chip and oat cookies
Morning snack - Chilled, spring raw green vegetable soup
Lunch - Broccoli, pea and mint risotto with grilled basil tofu
Afternoon snack - Strawberrie, rose water and tahini cheesecake
Dinner - Grilled courgette, sun dried tomato & spinach with toasted seeds & ricotta

Wednesday 

Breakfast - Mushroom and nut pate with rocket salad
Morning snack - Cucumber and soft cheese spread
Lunch - Bolognaise style seitan with brown rice pasta and cheddar
Afternoon snack - Pina colada smoothie
Dinner - Broad beans & cherry tomatoes in Baharat with quinoa Tabbouleh

Thursday 

Breakfast - Overnight porridge with cinnamon, apple, blueberries and chia seeds 
Morning snack - Butternut squash and fennel soup
Lunch - Risotto style dark lentils with asparagus & broad beans, marinated tofu
Afternoon snack - Fresh raspberries and almond, white beans tart
Dinner - Beetroot and apple salad with basil dressing

Friday

Breakfast - Spinach and sweet potatoes tortilla
Morning snack - Cooked root vegetables salad and oat cracker
Lunch - Tofu and potato fish cake, mustard sauce

Afternoon snack - Lemon and poppy seed muffin
Dinner - Cherries and almond salad with yoghurt dressing
